-2 large Avocado

-1 teaspoon lemon juice

-1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest

-Salt/ Ground pepper

-Multi-grain bread

-1 tablespoon unsalted butter

-4 large eggs 

-1 tablespoon finely chopped chives

- 1/2 cup dry quick oats

- 1 cup water

- 1/4 cup chopped apples

-cinnamon

-put all ingredients together in 1 pan and put on medium-high heat until it boils

-let simmer for 3-4 minutes

Shrimp Alfredo

- 1/2 lb. ground turkey

1 can tomato sauce with chunks

- 1tbsp avocado oil

- salt and pepper

-1 cup onion, chopped

-1 large garlic clove, minced

-1 bell pepper, chopped

-1/2 cup vegetable stock

-1 pack chili low-sodium, canned pinto beans (drained and rinsed

Shrimp Alfredo

- Barilla Protein Noodles (Walmart)

- 1 bag raw uncooked shrimp

-alfredo sauce

-desired seasonings

- Pour sauce as you eat by portions (do not pour sauce all over food to reduce calories)
