-2 large Avocado
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest
-Salt/ Ground pepper
-Multi-grain bread
-1 tablespoon unsalted butter

-put all ingredients together in 1 pan and put on medium-high heat until it boils

- 1 bag raw uncooked shrimp
-alfredo sauce
-desired seasonings
- Pour sauce as you eat by portions (do not pour sauce all over food to reduce calories)
